What this site keeps, and how to have it removed.
Short version: no tracking, nothing sold, and anything about you can be removed on request.
Client reviews
Reviews shown here were left by clients on Fiverr and Upwork, where they are already public. They are republished with the rating, the review text, the client's country, the platform and the month. No names, usernames, avatars or profile links. Nothing published here is intended to identify the person who wrote it.
Reviews can be verified at their source: the linked Fiverr and Upwork profiles show every review with its original attribution.
Business records
Ordinary private records of the work carried out are kept, as any business keeps. They are not published, not shared with third parties, not sold, and never used for advertising or profiling. Anything sensitive is stored encrypted.
Messages you send
The contact form stores the name, email address and message you submit, so the enquiry can be answered. It is kept while the enquiry is live and for as long as needed for ordinary business records, then deleted.
Analytics and cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and embeds no third-party analytics.
Your rights
If you are in the UK or EU, the GDPR gives you the right to ask what is held about you, to have it corrected, and to have it erased. Those rights are honoured regardless of where you are.
To make a request, use the contact form and say what you would like done. Erasure removes what is held about you and strips any identifying details from anything associated with it; a rating and review text may be kept in anonymous form, or removed entirely if you ask for that.
This site is run by Shafail Shafa, working alone, and requests are handled by me directly rather than passed to anybody else. If you would rather not use the form, any email address you already correspond on works too.
